Of course you try to be available for every gig, but sometimes you just need a break or have another good reason to mark days in your calendar as "Blocked".

You're now able to mark those "special" dates in your Optune Calendar for your agent, manager or booker to see.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

  1. Go to your "Personal Dashboard" (which comes up automatically if you open optune.me) and click on the "calendar" icon at the top left of the page, just under the Optune logo.

2. You can now see your calendar. Select the date that you would like to mark as "Blocked" or "On Request". You can select more than one day simply by clicking and dragging your cursor over the desired dates. You will then be prompted to choose which notification you want to set.

3. Choose either "Block dates" or "On Request". Your chosen days should now be highlighted.

4. When you click on the highlighted dates, you'll be able to add a comment which tells your agent why that date is blocked. In this case, it's for "Holidays in Miami, Bookings only here".

Select "Save Blocked Dates" at the bottom of the page, and voila! Now your team can stay in the loop.
