Starting at your "Personal Dashboard", select the booking for which you want to generate an invoice.
This brings you to your "Booking Overview". Scroll down and select "Invoices" - it's right above the "Itinerary" options.
You can now create a new invoice.
When in the invoice menu, you can now "SELECT OR CREATE TEMPLATE" in the field at the top middle of the page. If you choose a previously saved template, all of the billing information will be automatically filled in. If you need to make adjustments you can do so by editing the single fields.
When creating a new template you need to fill out the information you want to save to the template. The following steps explain the functions of the single fields.
On the left you can type in the address of the receiver of the bill. This address will be saved to the new template.
(The logo shown on the invoice can be set in your profile settings.)
Scroll down to type in the customer reference number, invoice number, the invoice issuing date and the payment due date.
Give the invoice a title to make sure it is clear what this invoice is for. You can also write an introduction text.
This information will also be saved to the new template.
In this area you can set the currency, the tax/vat percentage and, if needed, add further payment positions.
If you wish to include additional text you can use the "CLOSING TEXT" field.
Make sure to clarify your terms and conditions, and add your account information including your banking contact.
Lastly, click on "Print" in the upper right corner. You can now print the invoice as a .pdf.
If you like, you can now save the invoice as a template. The next time you use this template the billing information will be filled in automatically.
