This guide is for artists and band members using their existing Optune artist account on a phone. You can check your bookings in the mobile browser or open the same web app from a Home Screen shortcut.
Optune is a web app, but you can add it to your mobile phone’s Home Screen and open it like a regular app. This gives you quick access to your gigs, bookings, tasks and calendar information, without searching for Optune in your browser every time.
When opened from your Home Screen, Optune opens as a web app. You do not need an App Store or Google Play download to use this Home Screen setup.
Add Optune to your Home Screen
iPhone with Safari
Open https://app.optune.me in Safari.
Open Safari’s Share menu. Depending on your Safari layout, tap Share directly or open the More menu first, then choose Share.
Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
Confirm the name, for example “Optune”, and tap “Add”.
Optune now appears as an icon on your Home Screen.
Android with Chrome
Open https://app.optune.me in Chrome.
Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
Select “Add to Home Screen” or “Install”.
Confirm by tapping “Add”.
Optune now appears as an app icon on your Home Screen.
Good to know
The Home Screen shortcut opens Optune’s web app. Use a working internet connection and check the current booking information after reopening Optune.
Labels in the German app
Open Buchungen to view your gigs. An open booking can contain Details, Tasks, Verträge, Rechnungen, Teamumfragen, Teilen and Anfragen, depending on your access. A visible tab does not establish permission for every action.
