How do I check my agency subscription and billing?

Find the subscription for your existing agency, review included and additional agents, and open the billing portal for payment information.

Check the subscription of your existing agency group before changing a plan or questioning a charge. If your personal login belongs to several groups, review the intended group’s subscription separately. Do not assume one company-wide allowance covers every group and agent.

Where do I find my agency’s subscription?

  1. Confirm that the intended agency is active.

  2. Open Agency in the main navigation.

  3. Open the subscription tab. In the German interface, it is called Abonnement.

  4. Review the current plan, billing period, included agents, any additional-agent entries and the plan total.

  5. Use the billing portal button for further details. For payment records, use the billing portal button in the payments section.

The subscription page also lists the features associated with the displayed plan. Use the information for your group; another group or plan can have different terms. If you cannot access the page, ask the person responsible for your agency’s subscription or contact Optune support.

How do the plan and number of agents fit together?

Review the whole subscription summary. It can contain a base agency plan with an included number of agents and separate entries for additional agents. Compare these entries with the total number of agents shown for the group.

The number of managed artists is shown separately from the number of agents. Do not treat an artist, a contact or someone answering a team poll as automatically being an additional agency agent. A team member’s access rights and the subscription’s agent allowance answer different questions: what the person can do, and what the agency’s plan includes.

If the displayed agent count or an additional-agent entry looks wrong, ask support to check the specific subscription. Do not remove a working team member simply to try to correct a charge, and do not assume that changing a role immediately changes an invoice.

Where can I check payment details and past charges?

Open the billing portal from the agency’s subscription page. Review the available billing information and payment history there. Before confirming an available change, check that you are working with the intended subscription and review the details shown.

For changes to the billing recipient, billing email or payment information, use the available options in the billing portal. If the required option is missing or unclear, contact support before changing unrelated agency-profile details.

How do I change the plan or billing period?

Start from the existing agency’s subscription page. Starting agency setup again from the public pricing page can create another independent agency group; it does not update the subscription you already have.

Review the available options and their terms before confirming a change. To move from a yearly plan back to monthly billing, contact Optune through Ask for help in the profile menu. Support can check the appropriate change for your existing group.

Review the applicable amount, timing and conditions for the proposed change. Ask support if the effective date or a charge adjustment is unclear.

Do invited artist team members need their own paid plan?

People invited to an agency’s team poll can answer without buying an artist plan. An artist group that wants to create its own polls needs the appropriate paid artist plan, and the person creating the poll needs the required editing permission. This is separate from the agency’s agent allowance.

What should I send support?

  • The agency group name and your account email.

  • The displayed plan and whether it is billed monthly or yearly.

  • The specific agent count, charge or change you want checked.

  • A screenshot or receipt reference, with unrelated payment and personal details hidden.

Use a private support conversation. Never send your password or full card details. Subscription changes, leaving a group and deleting an account are separate actions; explain which outcome you need before removing anything.

What happens to data and access after cancellation?

Separating these actions does not establish what happens to stored data or continued access after cancellation. Do not rely on a guarantee that cancelling leaves all data or access unchanged. Confirm the applicable terms and the affected groups with Optune support before cancelling.
