If an agency subscription or charge looks different, start with the subscription of the existing agency group. The current plan summary and the billing portal are the places to compare the plan, billing period and charged items.
Check the right subscription
Confirm the intended agency is active. If you belong to several groups, check the group name before continuing.
Open Agency → Billing. In the German interface, the subscription tab is called Abonnement.
Review the current plan, its billing period, included agents, additional-agent entries and the plan total.
Choose Open billing portal for more details to compare the subscription details and next billing date. Use the payment-history button to review past charges.
If the difference is unexplained, contact Support with the group, the item in question and a receipt reference.
Agents and artists are different counts
The current agency summary can show a base plan with an included agent allowance, separate additional-agent items, and a total number of managed artists and agents. Compare these entries rather than assuming every artist or contact is an additional paid agent.
Do not use the old Optune 1 rule that adding a fourth artist necessarily causes an upgrade. Check the limits and conditions displayed for your current subscription. Different groups or agreements can have different terms.
Access permissions and billing allowances are separate. An invitation, a change of role or removal from a team does not by itself prove when an invoice changes. Do not remove a working team member simply to test whether a charge disappears.
Compare the amount and billing period
Check whether the amount is monthly or yearly, which items and quantities it covers, and whether the portal shows an adjustment or other applicable condition. A group-specific discount or agreement is not a public price for other customers.
The currency of your agency subscription is separate from a booking fee or an invoice you create for a client. Changing a booking currency does not establish a change to the subscription currency.
If you are considering a plan or billing-cycle change, review the proposed amount, effective date and any adjustment before confirming. This guide does not promise an automatic upgrade, immediate downgrade or particular prorated credit.
When the screen and charge do not agree
Compare the selected group and billing period with the actual billing-portal record. If they still differ, contact Support before creating another group or making unrelated changes. A new agency setup is not a way to repair the subscription of an existing group.
Send the agency group name, your account email, the displayed plan and billing period, and the specific item or receipt you want checked. Share screenshots privately with unrelated personal and payment details hidden. Never send a password or full card number.
