When you login the first time and setting up a new agency on Optune, you will start with the starter plan. This allows you to manage up to 3 artists and have one agent in your agency.

If you want to add another artist you will be asked to accept the upgrade to the pro plan:

You have there the possibility to check the changes that will be applied when upgrading.
