Starting from your Dashboard, go the drop-down menu and select "ARTISTS".

 Choose which artist for whom you would like to add a crew member, and click the "Edit" button just below their primary info.

Now you're at the "Artist Profile". Scroll down until you see the "Members" section just under the "Additional Information" cards.

Click on "Add New Member".

The "MEMBER INVITATION" window pops up. You can now add the person's email address and name, and choose which "ROLE" they will play on the team. Also choose if you want them to have "Edit" rights to the artist's bookings, or simply "Read only" rights.

Optune automatically sets the "CAN SEE DEAL" button to "On". If you do not want the new member to see the financial breakdown of the bookings, choose "Off". Write a personal message that will accompany your invitation, and then click "Send Email".

An email will appear in the person's inbox with an invitation to join your artist's team. The potential member will have to enter their email address and name in order to use Optune's services, if they don't already. 

When they have accepted the invitation, you will then be notified.  

After sending the invitation, you'll be brought back to the artist's profile where you can now see the new member's status, in this case "Invited. Waiting for response...". You can also choose if you'd like to cancel the invitation.

Now wait for the member's response, and keep collaborating!
