Use the Deal tab of an agency booking to record the agreed artist fee, expenses and commissions. Check the booking currency and the calculated totals before preparing documents.
Set the fee and commissions
Open the existing agency booking and select Deal. Review the currency and add a deal-type note if useful.
Open the guaranteed artist fee row and enter the agreed amount. Add the payment method, due date and notes where needed, then update the row.
Add an additional fee or expenses only when they belong to this agreement. Keep each item clear so you can review the total.
Add the agency commission, manager commission or another commission as required. Choose a percentage or fixed amount and whether it is included or added on top. Review the calculation basis and any tax fields.
Finish the active row editor, save the booking and reopen it. Check the overall fee, commissions and artist amount against the agreement before using them in a contract or invoice.
Included or on top?
Included commission is taken from the agreed fee. An on-top commission is added to it. A percentage and a fixed amount are different calculation types; select the one you agreed with the parties.

These are simple examples. Review the actual totals again when you add expenses, other fees, further commissions, taxes or a different calculation basis. Recording a fee or commission does not record receipt of payment.

Öffne die Buchung → Deal. Unter Honorar & Spesen findest du Garantiertes Artist-Honorar, Zusätzliches Honorar und Spesen. Unter Provisionen stehen Agenturprovision, Manager-Provision und Weitere Provision.
Im Provisionseditor heisst die Auswahl Provisionsart: Prozent (%) vom Honorar / inklusive, Prozent (%) vom Honorar / on Top, Fixbetrag / inklusive oder Fixbetrag / on Top. Prüfe bei Prozentangaben auch Auf Zwischensumme?. Schliesse die Zeile mit Aktualisiere ab und speichere anschließend die Buchung mit Speichern.
Die Übersicht zeigt Netto Gesamtgage, Kommissionen und Artist Fee. Manager-Provision bezeichnet hier eine Provision im Deal; ein zusätzliches Agenten-Login ist ein separates Abonnement-Thema.
Review access and defaults separately
A commission calculation does not establish who can see the financial information. Check the relevant artist/team permissions and the categories selected for a shared link separately. Do not assume that an old default applies unchanged to every existing booking; review the values saved in the booking you are working on.
