Perhaps your artist is on holiday, or must tend to their personal schedule. Whatever the reason, they are simply not available. You're able to mark those specific dates in your Optune Agency Calendar for you and your artist to be aware of.

Starting on your Dashboard, click on the "Bookings" tab in the top middle.

Make sure you're viewing the bookings in calendar mode (click "calendar" in the top left). You can now select the date you want to block for your artist. To block more than one date, simply click and drag the cursor over the desired dates to select them.

Now click "Block dates".

Type in the artist's name and define the dates you wish to block. You can comment on it as well (i.e. "Gone fishing").
