One personal Optune login can be used for membership in more than one group. An agency group and an artist group remain separate working contexts; adding access to another group does not merge their data.
Join the intended existing group
Ask an admin of the agency you want to join to invite the email address you use for your existing Optune account.
Before accepting, check that you are using the intended account. Avoid creating a second personal account simply to join another group.
Open your personal invitation and follow the instructions for joining the existing group.
Check the active group before working on bookings or changing settings.
Invitation links are personal. Do not reuse one person’s invitation for someone else. If the link opens an unexpected account or group, stop and ask the inviting admin or Optune support to check the invitation.
Switching is not merging
Your profile menu’s Groups area is the place to choose between groups you belong to. Check the selected group whenever bookings or settings look different from what you expected. Bookings, tasks and subscriptions should be considered in their relevant group context; joining another group does not combine them into one agency.
Why did a second agency appear?
Starting the agency setup again from the public pricing page while already signed in can create another independent agency group. It does not change the plan of your existing agency. For a plan change, use the existing group’s billing area or contact support.
Do not delete a group simply because it looks like a duplicate. First establish which group contains your team and working data, and ask support to clarify the appropriate next step.
What should I send support?
The account email address you intend to use.
The names of the agency groups involved.
Whether you received an invitation or started a new agency setup.
What you expected to access and what is currently visible.
Send these details through a private support conversation. Do not include your password or a personal invitation link in a public screenshot.
