Start by choosing which group the signup form belongs to. Your agency form and a managed artist’s form have different generated links. This guide covers preparation and checking the form; it does not describe sending a newsletter campaign.
Prepare the correct form
For the agency form, open Agency → Integrations. For a managed artist, open Artists, select the artist and open that profile’s Integrations tab. Check the profile name before continuing.
Open Newsletter subscription form. The wizard provides a generated form URL and embed code for that context.
Review the theme, header and displayed fields. The standard form shows full name and email. A phone option adds a phone field; the wizard also has a separate required-field option for phone. Check the resulting form before using it.
Open the generated URL and check the fields and appearance. If you use the embed code on your website, review the actual embedded result and adjust its height to suit the active fields.
Before inviting visitors to subscribe, confirm where submissions are stored, who receives notifications and what confirmation process applies. Run an agreed test with an address you control and verify the result.
Keep the group context clear
Generate the link from the profile that should own the form. Do not reuse an agency link for an artist simply because the empty forms look similar. The generated link identifies the form context; it does not by itself confirm the notification recipient or storage behavior.
Signup form versus newsletter campaign
This wizard prepares a signup form. It does not establish that Optune sends newsletter campaigns. The empty form does not confirm double opt-in, confirmation emails or a particular subscriber-storage destination. Check those points before publishing the form.
Design and troubleshooting
The wizard offers text color, required-field color, font and custom CSS settings. Start with the standard appearance and check the form on your website and phone. Keep the complete form and subscription button visible.
If something is unclear, send Support your agency name, the selected artist if applicable, the form type and a screenshot of the wizard or empty form. Ask specifically about submission storage, notifications or confirmation.
