How do I display my artist bookings on a Wix website?

Use the public booking-page URL or embed code from your artist profile, then check your Wix desktop and mobile pages.

Display your public Optune dates on your Wix website using your artist booking page.

Prepare the public booking page in Optune

  1. Open your artist Profile → Integrations. In German: Profil → Integrationen.

  2. Open the booking-display assistant, labelled Buchungen präsentieren in German.

  3. Review the theme, header, ticket-link option and limits for past and upcoming bookings.

  4. Copy your public booking-page URL from the assistant. Keep private calendar feeds out of your website.

Add it in Wix Editor

  1. Open the Wix page editor and choose Add Elements → Embed Code → Popular Embeds.

  2. Select Embed a site and place it on the page.

  3. Choose Enter Website Address, paste the HTTPS public booking-page URL and select Apply.

  4. Adjust the element’s width and height. Check the desktop and mobile layouts for cut-off dates or unwanted scrollbars.

  5. Publish your Wix changes and test the actual public page.

Alternatively, use Embed HTML → Enter Code for the custom embed code generated by Optune. Use the complete current code from the assistant.

Check the displayed dates

Open the public booking-page URL directly and compare it with the embedded result. Check booking publication and the past/upcoming limits if dates are missing. A confirmed booking is not automatically a public announcement.

Optune widget settings

The booking-display assistant lets you choose which dates and page elements to show.
