Use your booking request form to collect enquiries from promoters. You can send the form link directly or embed the form on your website.
Open your artist’s form
Already in your artist profile? Start at Integrations (Integrationen). First read the recipient information beside the Artist booking request form button (Buchungsanfrageformular): this says whether enquiries go to your artist group or an agency. Then open the form wizard using that button and copy the form URL at the top of the wizard. The recipient information is on the integrations page; the URL to copy is inside the opened wizard.
If your artist profile is not open yet, select Profile in the left menu. Otherwise stay in the current profile.
Select Integrations.
Under For your website, choose Artist booking request form.
Choose the fields and appearance, then open the Artist booking request form URL at the top of the wizard to preview the result.
Copy that URL and share it with the promoter.
In the German app, the path is Profil → Integrationen → Buchungsanfrageformular under Für deine Website. If you are already working in the correct artist profile, continue directly to Integrations.
Choose what the promoter completes
Page settings lets you choose a theme, default currency and whether to show the header. Under General fields and Live event specific fields, Show controls visibility and Required controls mandatory fields where those options are available. Some core fields are fixed.
German labels include Seiteneinstellungen, Anzeigen and Pflichtfeld. You can configure options such as company name, address, end date, fee offer, alternative event date, event type/capacity, venue and play time. Preview the generated form to check which fields are visible and required.
Embed the form on your website
In the same wizard, open Developer settings.
Copy the complete Custom Embed Code into a custom HTML or embed block in your website editor.
Adjust Height (px) to fit the fields you selected, then use the updated code.
Check the published page on desktop and mobile, including the bottom of the form and its send button.
In German: Entwicklereinstellungen → Eigener Embed Code, with Höhe (px) for the height. Optional settings include text colour, required-field colour, font family and a CSS stylesheet link. Your website builder must support embedded HTML; otherwise, add a normal button linking to the form URL.
Check who receives requests
Read the recipient information beside the form button in Integrations. It tells you whether requests go to your artist group or an agency. Do not assume that every connected person receives every request.
For requests sent to the artist, members need edit rights and a visible Deal to see them. For requests sent to an agency, the equivalent rights must apply to the selected artist. Email and in-app notifications also depend on the relevant notification settings; open the notification-settings link in Integrations to review them.
A booking request is a new enquiry. Review and agree the details before treating the booking as confirmed. Use Requests to collect information about an existing booking, and Share to show selected booking information.
Keep your public link focused
Share the URL generated by the booking request wizard. Keep private calendar feeds, API keys and internal notes out of public website links and screenshots.
