Open Bookings from the main navigation. Use Search to find an event or artist, switch between List view and Calendar view, and use Filter > Set date range to limit the dates you are reviewing.
This guide is for booking agents. Search and display preferences help you find records you may access; they do not grant access to another artist or change booking permissions.
How do I open Bookings or Dashboard directly?
Select Bookings or Dashboard in the main navigation. You can also bookmark the Bookings page in your browser and use that bookmark when you want to open your bookings directly.
A browser bookmark is a shortcut to that page. It does not change your Optune permissions or create a new account. Check the agency name in the navigation before working on a booking.
How do I search for an event or artist?
Open Bookings.
Enter the event name or artist name in Search.
Press Enter or select the search icon.
Review the matching bookings and check their artist, date and event name before opening one.
To remove a search term, select the x beside its active search label.
The text field can become empty after a term is applied while the active search label remains. Check the labels beside Search if you are unsure why the list is limited.
For one artist, search for that artist's name. A direct standard selection of exactly two artists is not the same as the text search. If you need to compare selected artists regularly, ask Optune support about the most suitable calendar or overview workflow.
How do I switch between the list and calendar?
Open the view selector near the top of Bookings and choose List view or Calendar view.
View | Useful for |
List view | Reading booking cards with the event, artist, dates and other available details. The copy action is on the booking card. |
Calendar view | Reviewing the visible month, date overlaps and the wider time occupied by a booking. Use the month arrows to navigate and Today to return to the current period. |
Changing the view does not change the booking itself. A calendar may still be showing a different month from the dates selected in your filter. Navigate to the relevant month before concluding that a booking is missing.
A booking's calendar span can include its operational period rather than only the performance day. See Operational period for agency bookings.
How do I show bookings within a specific date range?
Open Filter, then select Set date range.
In Set custom date range, enter the start and end of the Period.
Check both dates using your personal date format.
Select Apply. The current results are replaced by the bookings in the selected range.
Review the active date-range label beside Search. In Calendar view, also navigate to the corresponding month.
To remove the range, select the x beside that date-range label.
You can use the custom range to look for older bookings as well as future engagements. List view also offers Show all past bookings of [year] for the displayed year. Search terms and date ranges can both narrow what you see, so review all active labels.
What other display controls should I check?
The Filter menu includes controls labelled Bookings, Canceled bookings, Blocked dates, On request and On tour. Calendar view also includes Tasks. Check the visible result after changing a control.
If a control does not produce the result you expect, clear unrelated search or date restrictions, check the relevant view, and reload once. If the discrepancy remains, report the active view, exact filter states and an example booking to support. Do not delete a booking merely to remove it from a filtered view.
In My Account > Settings, the section for your agency includes Show own bookings only. When enabled, the setting describes the displayed bookings as limited to those created by your agency. Review it if an expected booking is not shown. Show artist colors helps distinguish artists visually; it does not grant or remove artist access.
Why can I not find a booking?
Check the agency shown in the navigation.
Remove an old search label or try the event name instead of the artist name.
Remove or widen a custom date range.
In Calendar view, move to the correct month.
Review the display controls, including Canceled bookings, and your Show own bookings only preference.
Ask an agency administrator to check whether your membership gives you access to the relevant artist.
If you have a booking link, include it when asking support to investigate.
Limiting an agency member's artist access affects their access generally; it should not be used as a temporary personal calendar filter. Likewise, an unpublished booking is not the same as a missing internal record: public visibility and internal access are separate.
