A paid artist plan belongs to the artist group. It is different from an individual team member’s personal login and from the agency’s subscription. First identify which group is doing the work before deciding whether a plan is needed.
Separating these actions does not establish what happens to stored data or continued access after cancellation. Do not rely on a guarantee that cancelling leaves all data or access unchanged. Confirm the applicable terms and the affected groups with Optune support before cancelling.
Do we all need a paid plan to answer an agency poll?
No. People invited to an agency’s team poll can answer without buying an artist plan. If the artist team wants to create its own polls, the artist group needs the appropriate paid plan and the person creating the poll needs the required booking-edit permission. The plan is for the artist group, not a separate subscription for each person answering.
What does an artist plan add?
A paid artist group can use additional functions itself, such as creating its own team polls, subject to the available plan and the person’s permissions. If your agency manages those tasks for you, that does not automatically mean every artist team member needs their own paid subscription.
What should I check before upgrading?
Confirm the active artist group.
Identify the function your group wants to use itself.
Check the available plan and billing information for that group.
Confirm with the person responsible for the group which subscription and payment arrangement to use.
If the requirement or displayed plan is unclear, contact Optune support before changing it.
Is canceling a subscription the same as leaving a group?
Treat subscription changes, group membership and deletion of a personal account as separate questions. Explain to support which outcome you want and which groups you still need to access before taking action. Do not remove a working group merely to correct a billing question.
What information helps support?
Send the group name, your account email, the function you want to use and a screenshot of the relevant billing message with payment details hidden. For an existing charge, use the private support channel to identify the relevant receipt. Do not post card information or passwords.
