You can use one personal Optune login for several artist groups. Ask an administrator of the existing artist group to invite the email address you use for your main account. Accept that invitation while signed in to that account, then use Groups in your profile menu to open the artist you need.
Each artist group remains separate. Joining another group gives your account access to it; it does not merge the bands, their bookings or their subscriptions.
Before you accept the invitation
Choose the personal login you want to keep using and check its email address.
Ask an administrator of the existing artist group to invite that email address through the group’s Team area.
Agree which access you need. Membership and permission to edit booking details are different things.
If you already have another account open, use a separate browser profile or private window so you can identify which account will accept the invitation.
Accept an invitation with your main account
Sign in to Optune with your main account.
Open your personal invitation link in that same browser session. Use the link sent to you or provided by the group administrator.
Check that the invitation is for the intended artist group and account.
Accept the invitation.
Open the profile menu at the bottom left, choose Groups and select the artist group. Check the artist name and available bookings before starting work.
An invitation link belongs to its intended recipient. Do not use another team member’s link or create a new artist group to gain access to an existing one.
If you manage the other group yourself
Open the other account in a separate browser session. In the artist group’s Profile > Team, invite your main account email address and assign the intended permissions. Then return to the browser where your main account is signed in and accept that invitation there.
Keep the existing group in place while checking that the main account has the access you need. Closing a group or cancelling a subscription is a separate action.
Switch between groups you have joined
Open your profile menu at the bottom left.
Choose Groups.
Select the artist group you want to work in.
Check the active artist name before creating or changing bookings, tasks or profile information.
If your account also belongs to an agency group, the same group menu lets you select that group. The features and information you see follow the selected group and your permissions there.
Why is a group missing or why can I not edit?
Problem | What to check |
The invitation has not arrived | Confirm the invited email address, check spam and ask the administrator for your personal invitation link. |
The group is missing after accepting | Check which account was signed in when the invitation was accepted and whether you used the intended recipient’s link. |
The group opens but some information or controls are missing | Ask the administrator to check your permissions in that group. |
A second empty group was created | Do not move or delete records to fix this yourself. Contact support and identify the existing group you meant to join. |
Can I see both bands in one external calendar?
Subscribe to the private calendar feed for each artist and display both calendars in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. That lets you view both bands together while their records remain separate in Optune.
