Share an artist’s public profile with promoters and venues so they can find the artist’s presentation, shows and available promotional material in one place.
Open and share the public profile
In your agency, open Artists and select the artist.
Choose Share profile at the top of the artist profile. In the German app: Künstler → select the artist → Profil teilen.
The public artist page opens in a new browser tab. Review it before sharing.
Copy the address from that public page and send it through your usual email or messaging app.
Use the address of the public page opened by Share profile, rather than the address of your internal Optune editing screen.
What can appear on the page?
Depending on the content in the artist’s profile, the page can include a public description, music styles, social and website links, upcoming and past shows, a booking request button, biography, technical and hospitality riders, press material and other downloads.
Review the actual page from top to bottom, including its download links. Only add material to a public profile that is intended for external visitors. Check the contents of attached files as well as their filenames.
Keep the presentation current
Maintain the relevant description, links and promotional material in the artist profile. After saving changes, reopen the public page and check the result. Translating the app’s menus does not translate your own biography or rider text.
If you only want to display a list of shows on a website, use Integrations → Present bookings. In German: Integrationen → Buchungen präsentieren.
Share information for a specific booking
Use the booking’s Share workflow when you want to show selected booking information to a promoter or collaborator. The public artist profile is a general presentation page; check the chosen sharing scope for each purpose.
