An additional agent login gives another person their own access to your existing agency. In German, this is a zusätzliches Agenten-Login in einer bestehenden Agentur. You manage agency members and their access in the team area.
Open the invitation flow
Open Agentur in the German navigation.
Select Team.
Choose Neuen Agenten hinzufügen.
Read Planänderung bei Annahme bestätigen and check the proposed subscription change, billing period and total.
Continue only when the change is intended. The confirmation action is Bestätigen & fortfahren; use Abbrechen to leave without accepting the proposed change.
Understand the subscription step
The confirmation explains that an additional agent is added to your agency subscription if the invited person accepts the invitation. It also states that the subscription does not change if the person declines.
For published prices, use the central Optune pricing page. Check the currency and billing basis: a monthly equivalent billed annually is not a monthly payment plan. Review the account-specific proposal before confirming.
Check the right access
The Team view shows each member’s role, access and artist rights, shared categories and status. An invitation or accepted membership should not be treated as a guarantee that the person can see and edit every artist or every category.
Give the agent the access needed for their work and review the artist assignments and category permissions. If the person already belongs to your agency, review their existing access before creating another invitation.

Contact Optune support if you cannot see the team action, the proposed subscription change is unclear, or you need help choosing the right access. Do not share passwords or private invitation links in public screenshots.
