How do agents mark planned tour dates in the calendar?

Add a planned tour period for an artist and check its dates and notes in the current agency calendar.

Written by Tobias

Mark a planned tour as an availability period for the relevant artist. This helps you keep the tour period visible alongside individual bookings in your agency calendar.

Add a planned tour period

  1. Open Buchungen and switch to Kalenderansicht in the German app.

  2. Select a date in the calendar, then choose Set Availability. This action currently uses its English label in the German calendar.

  3. Select the artist and choose Tour geplant under Typ.

  4. Check the start and end dates under Zeitraum wählen. Add useful context in Notizen für Artist, such as the tour region.

  5. Choose Speichern, then check the period in the calendar and reopen it to verify the dates and notes.

Current German availability form with Tour geplant selected for a synthetic test artist

The example uses a synthetic test artist and a single-day period. Set the dates needed for your own tour.

Choose the right availability type

The current form offers Blockiert, Auf Anfrage and Tour geplant. Select the type that describes the artist’s availability for that period and check the saved calendar entry. A period saved as Tour geplant is displayed as Auf Tour in the calendar.

A planned tour period provides availability context. Create and maintain the individual shows as bookings, including their own dates, venues, status and deal details.

Review the saved period

Open the marked period in the calendar to review its artist, dates and notes. Keep notes relevant to planning and avoid adding private information that does not belong in the artist’s shared workflow.

If the period is missing, check the displayed month, artist filters and your access. Coordinate important changes directly with your team instead of assuming that everyone has already seen a calendar update.
