How do I export artist bookings and contacts as CSV?

Find the current CSV export menu and review the downloaded information before using or sharing it.

Use the CSV export option in your artist workspace to work with booking or contact information in a spreadsheet.

Export booking information

  1. Open Bookings in your artist workspace. In German: Buchungen.

  2. Review your search and filters so you know which records you are working with.

  3. Open the three-dot menu at the top right of the booking overview and select the CSV export option. In German: CSV exportieren.

  4. Check your browser’s downloads for the resulting file and open it in your spreadsheet application.

  5. Review the rows and columns before using or sharing the file. Check the dates, number formats and information you actually need.

The export action is in the three-dot menu. Keep the exported file separate from the live booking overview: changes in a spreadsheet do not automatically update your bookings in Optune.

Export contact information

Open Contacts (Kontakte), then use the three-dot menu at the top right and choose the CSV export option (CSV exportieren). Review the downloaded file before sharing it.

Check the scope and protect private information

A filtered screen is not proof that a downloaded file contains only those records. Check the actual export before sending it to anyone. Keep only the rows and columns needed for the agreed purpose, and share personal contact details or financial information only with authorised recipients.

If no file appears

Check your browser’s download list and any download notification. If you still cannot obtain the file, contact Optune support with the workspace role, the page you exported from, your browser and the time of the attempt. Do not send passwords or a complete contact export just to report the issue.
