How do agents link a Facebook Page to an Optune booking request form?

Choose the correct artist or agency form and connect it from the Facebook Page you manage.

Help promoters enquire about a booking by linking your Facebook Page to the correct Optune booking request form.

Copy your current Optune form link

  1. For an agency form, open Agency → Integrations → Booking request form. For one artist, open Artists, select the artist and open Integrations → Booking request form. In German: Agentur or Künstler → Integrationen → Buchungsanfrageformular.

  2. Review the form’s fields and required information.

  3. Copy the form’s public page URL and open it to check the recipient and form before sharing it.

Connect it from your Facebook Page

  1. Switch into the Facebook Page you manage. You need Facebook access to that Page.

  2. Open Options → Add action button or Edit action button.

  3. Choose an available option that lets visitors open your form URL and follow Facebook’s setup instructions.

  4. Save and test the button from the visitor view, including on a phone.

Facebook controls which buttons and destinations are available. A button named Book Now is not guaranteed to accept an external Optune link on every Page. If your Page does not offer a suitable button, share the form as a normal link in a post or your Page’s website information.

Check where enquiries arrive

The link opens Optune’s form. Requests submitted there are handled in Optune. Check which artist or agency receives the form before sharing. Review your Optune notification settings; email and in-app notifications must be enabled for the relevant requests. Team members need the required booking access to see them.

A booking request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
