You can display your Optune artist bookings in another calendar by subscribing to an Optune calendar feed. Start in Profile → Integrations in your Artist group. Choose the feed for the information you need, then add its URL as a calendar subscription in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
A subscription lets the calendar service check for later updates. Importing a downloaded calendar file only adds a snapshot. Make booking changes in Optune; this setup is not a two-way booking editor.
Which feed should I use?
Your purpose | Feed to choose | What to consider |
Show published gigs to fans or other public viewers | Public calendar feed | Intended for your publicly published gigs. It is not your complete internal booking plan. |
Follow your own bookings and operational details | Private calendar feed | Contains internal information. You choose additional categories and whether to include requests or canceled bookings. |
Follow an agency's roster | The appropriate agency feed | An Artist feed belongs to that Artist group. It does not become an agency-wide calendar because your account also has agency access. |
The choice depends on the audience and information, not on the device. You do not need to use a public feed simply because you use an iPhone.
Keep a private feed URL confidential. Treat it as an access link: anyone you give it to may be able to read the information included in that feed. Do not put it on a website, in a public article or in a screenshot. Also consider who can view the calendar account to which you add it.
Get the public calendar URL
Open the Artist group whose bookings you want to display.
Select Profile, then Integrations.
Find For your calendar → Public calendar feed.
Copy the complete URL shown there.
Add that URL to your calendar using the subscription instructions below.
A booking's status and its Published setting are separate. A Confirmed booking is not automatically a publicly published gig. See booking statuses and Published if a gig is missing from a public calendar. Do not publish an internal booking just to make it appear in your personal planning calendar; use an appropriate private feed.
Create a private calendar feed
In Profile → Integrations, find Private calendar feeds.
Select Create private calendar feed.
Optionally enter a descriptive name, such as Tour production calendar. This helps you identify the feed later.
Review the standard information and choose any additional categories you need.
Select Create feed.
In New private calendar feed created, use Copy to copy the URL and add it to your calendar. The full URL is shown only once.
Close the dialog when you have finished.
The configuration explains that the standard feed includes the event date, play time and operational period, artist name, booking status, venue information and internal comments. Standard does not mean public or free of internal information.
These additional options are available in the configuration:
Section | Options |
Booking status | Incl. requests; Incl. canceled bookings |
Contacts | Contacts & notes |
Additional info | Deal; Guest list; Lineup; Schedules; Specials; Miscellaneous; Marketing materials |
Logistics | Travels; Local transfers; Accommodations |
Enable only the categories needed for that calendar's purpose. For example, a production calendar may need Schedules without needing Deal or Guest list.
Review Incl. requests separately from the booking list you see inside Optune. A private feed can be configured to include requests even when requests are hidden in an Artist-group view. Do not use the current app view as proof of what a feed shares.
If the creation or editing controls are unavailable to you, ask your Artist administrator to help. Do not substitute another group's feed without checking that it contains the correct bookings and is appropriate for you to access.
Subscribe in your calendar app
Choose the instructions for your calendar service. Paste the complete Optune feed URL, without spaces or missing characters.
Google Calendar: Use Google Calendar in a computer web browser. Beside Other calendars, choose + → From URL, paste the feed URL and select Add calendar. Check that the added calendar is selected for display. Adding a new subscription is not available directly in the Google Calendar mobile app. See Google's instructions.
Apple Calendar on Mac: Choose File → New Calendar Subscription, enter the URL and select Subscribe. Name the calendar, choose its account/location and review Auto-refresh. Choose iCloud if you want the subscription available on your devices using that iCloud account, or On My Mac for that Mac only. Finish with OK. See Apple's Mac instructions.
Apple Calendar on iPhone or iPad: Open Calendar → Calendars → Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar. Enter the URL. In iOS/iPadOS 26 or later, use Find, then choose a title, colour and account and finish with Done. In iOS/iPadOS 18 or earlier, use Subscribe, review the details and select Add. See Apple's subscription instructions for your version.
Outlook.com or Outlook on the web: Open Calendar → Add calendar → Subscribe from web. Paste the URL and complete the subscription with Import or Import and Save, depending on the account/version. Although the final button can say Import, use the Subscribe from web route for updates. Upload from file creates a static import. See Microsoft's instructions.
Your calendar service stores and retrieves the URL you supply. Choose an account suitable for the information in a private feed, and check that account's sharing settings.
Edit a feed or replace a lost private URL
To change a private feed's name or included categories, open Profile → Integrations, select its entry under Private calendar feeds, adjust the configuration and select Save changes. Reopen the entry to check your saved choices.
An existing entry shows a masked key, not the complete URL. The edit dialog does not reveal the original URL again. If you no longer have the full URL, create a new private feed and subscribe with its new URL. Replace the old subscription on each device or calendar account where it was used. Do not try to rebuild the URL from the masked key.
To stop access through an old private feed, open that feed's action menu and choose Revoke. Check the feed name carefully. The confirmation is labelled Revoke API key and warns that integrations using the key will stop working immediately. Confirm Revoke only for the feed you intend to disable.
Revoking a feed affects everyone using that URL. It does not erase copies or previously imported events from other people's calendars. Removing a subscription in your own calendar app and revoking its Optune feed are separate actions.
Why are bookings missing, delayed or shown at a different time?
Missing gig: Check the Artist group, the feed type and the booking's Published setting for a public feed. For a private feed, review the selected categories and the requests/canceled-bookings options.
No recent updates: Confirm that you subscribed by URL instead of importing a file. Check that the calendar is visible and the private feed is still active. Calendar services control their refresh timing; updates are not guaranteed to appear immediately or within a fixed number of hours.
Different dates or duration: Check the booking's Show dates and times, its Operational period and the calendar app's time zone. The period around a show can include travel, setup and overnight activity. See Operational period start and end.
Duplicate entries: Check whether you subscribed more than once or both imported and subscribed. Remove only the unwanted calendar subscription or imported copy after identifying it.
Still not working: Contact Optune support with the Artist group, calendar app, feed type and an example booking/date. Describe the expected and actual result. Do not include a full private feed URL in public screenshots or messages.
