If you use an email address and password to sign in to Optune, you can request a password-reset email from the login screen.
Request a password-reset email
If you are already signed in, open your user menu at the bottom left and choose Logout. Finish any unsaved work first.
Open Optune and select Einloggen if the welcome screen is in German.
In the login dialog, select Don't remember your password?
Enter the email address you use for your Optune account and select Send email.
Follow the instructions in the email to choose your new password, then return to Optune and sign in.
The current login and reset dialogs use the English labels shown above, even when the main app is set to German. The reset screen is titled Reset your password.

If you need help signing in
Check that you entered the email address associated with your account, and check your spam or junk folder. If you normally choose Log in with Google or Log in with Facebook, start with that same sign-in option.
If you still need help, contact Optune support and describe which sign-in option you use and what happens on screen. Never send your password or a password-reset link to support or paste it into a chat.
