Start with your artist profile and one booking. Then connect the parts you need for your day-to-day work, from calendars to booking requests.
1. Check your artist profile
Open Profile (Profil in German). Review your artist name, public description, links and rider materials. Add only information you intend to share publicly to public-facing fields.
2. Create your first booking
Open Bookings (Buchungen), use the plus button and complete the new booking. Open its details to add show times, venue, contacts and production information. Save and reopen it to check the result.
3. Find the right view
Use the search and filters to find bookings, and switch between the list and calendar views. Clear a search or filter if a booking is missing from the view.
4. Decide what is public
A booking status and its Published setting serve different purposes. Review publication before displaying a booking on a public page or widget, especially before an announcement.
5. Connect your calendar
Open Profile → Integrations → For your calendar. In German: Profil → Integrationen → Für deinen Kalender. Choose a public feed for public dates or a private feed for your own planning. Keep private feed links confidential.
6. Set up booking enquiries
In your profile’s Integrations tab, open the booking request form assistant. Share the form link or embed the form on a supported website. Review the form and your notification settings before using it with promoters.
7. Organize your team
Use the Team tab in your artist profile to review the people who work with you and their access. Choose access appropriate to each person’s role. A view of the booking list does not by itself prove access to every booking detail.
8. Prepare documents
Use the booking’s Contracts and Invoices tabs when preparing documents. Review the recipient, amounts and complete downloaded PDF before sharing or requesting signatures. Document availability depends on your plan and permissions.
9. Share the right information
Use your public profile for promotion and the booking’s sharing options for information intended for a specific recipient. Review the selected categories before sharing. Never place a private calendar-feed URL on a public website.
10. Take Optune on the road
Open Optune in your mobile browser to check bookings and itinerary information. For longer edits and document checks, use a screen size that lets you review all fields comfortably.
