Add an artist to your agency roster by creating a basic artist profile. You can then complete the presentation and organise the artist’s bookings from that profile.
Create the basic profile
Open Artists in your agency’s left menu. In German, this is Künstler.
Choose the button for adding a new artist. The German label is Neuen Künstler hinzufügen.
Enter the artist’s name.
Select the appropriate categories shown in the form, such as DJ, live band or solo artist.
Save the profile. The German save button is Speichern.
The current dialog asks for the name and categories. Check your existing roster first so you do not create a second entry for an artist you already manage.
Complete the artist profile
Open the artist from your roster and review the profile information. Add the relevant public description, music styles, website or social links, and promotional material such as a biography, press kit or riders.
Use Share profile (Profil teilen in German) to open the public presentation and check what visitors can see. Only include material intended for that audience.
Artist profiles and team access are separate
Creating the basic artist profile and inviting a person to work with it are separate steps. Review the artist’s Team and connection settings when arranging collaboration, and choose access deliberately.
If the artist already works in another Optune group, agree with the artist which profile should be used before creating a duplicate. Ask Optune support for help if you are unsure how the existing groups should be connected.
Check your agency plan
