How do I add my artist’s shows to my website?

Prepare your artist show widget, add the generated code to your website and check published shows and ticket links.

Use your artist group’s public show widget to display upcoming and past bookings on your website. Start in Profile > Integrations > Present bookings, choose the presentation settings and use the generated embed code or public show-list link.

This guide is for artists and artist team members with access to the artist’s integrations. You also need permission to edit the website where the show list will appear.

Prepare and embed the show list

  1. Confirm that the intended artist group is active, then open Profile > Integrations > Present bookings.

  2. Review the theme, header and pre-sale link options, the limits for upcoming and past bookings, and the embed height.

  3. Open the generated public show-list link and check the artist, shows and presentation. Copy the generated embed code when you want to display the list within your website.

  4. In your website editor, use its HTML or embed component to insert the complete code, then save the page.

  5. Preview the result at desktop and mobile widths, publish the page when it is correct, and check the published page as a visitor.

If you only want to link to the show list, use the public link generated by the wizard. Keep the generated code intact when embedding it. Do not substitute a private calendar-feed URL, API key or the address of a signed-in booking screen.

Choose the presentation for your website

The theme and header options affect how the list is presented. Upcoming and past booking limits determine how many entries the widget is configured to show. Give the embedded element enough height and width for the result you want.

Pre-sale links are a separate option. Check both the saved ticket information in the booking and the wizard’s pre-sale setting if the expected ticket link is missing. Then check the actual public output; a selected option alone does not confirm that the booking has a usable ticket link.

Which bookings appear publicly?

A booking must be marked Published to appear in the public show list. Confirmed is a separate booking status. Keep private events and shows under embargo unpublished until public release is intended.

If a show is missing, check its artist, Published setting, show date and the widget’s upcoming or past booking limit. Do not change a correct show date or publish a private event simply to make it appear in the list.

What if my website does not accept the code?

Website providers use different HTML and embed components. Some restrict the elements or code that can be saved. Check your provider’s current instructions or ask the website administrator whether the generated Optune embed is allowed in that page and account.

If the widget works through its public link but is missing or cut off on your website, check that the complete code remains after saving, that the element has enough space, and that you are viewing the published page as well as the editor preview. Check the mobile layout separately.

For a custom design or a different way to display your shows, contact Optune support with the website address and the result you need.

What should I send support?

  • The public website address and which website editor you use.

  • The artist group and one affected booking link.

  • The show or ticket information you expected and what actually appears.

  • A screenshot of the widget settings and public result, with unrelated information hidden.

Use a private support conversation for booking details. A public show widget is different from the full artist profile with biography and approved downloads.
