Open your artist Profile and choose Share profile to open your public artist page. Copy the address of that public page when you want to share your artist information, public shows and available profile downloads.
This article is for artists and people working in an artist group. The public page is different from a private booking share and a calendar subscription.
Open and share the public page
Open Profile in your artist group. Check the artist name before continuing.
Choose Share profile. The public page opens separately.
Review the page as a visitor: check the artist description, links, upcoming and past shows, booking request link and any downloadable files.
Copy the address from the opened public page. Use that address on your website, in an email signature or wherever you want to direct people to your artist profile.
Use the public page address, not the address of your signed-in Optune screen. A public artist page is intended for visitors; a private calendar feed can contain internal booking information.
Which shows appear on the public artist page?
A booking must be marked Published to appear publicly. Published is separate from the booking status: a Confirmed booking can remain unpublished.
For example, you can keep a confirmed private company event in your working calendar without advertising it publicly. Leave Published switched off for that booking. Choosing an event type alone does not make a booking private.
Check profile information and downloads before sharing
Use an artist biography and contact information intended for public use.
Open every downloadable press kit or other PDF and check its content. A suitable file name does not make the contents suitable for public distribution.
Check ticket and website links by opening them.
Review upcoming and past shows so you notice incorrect dates or a booking that should stay private.
Check the visible label and actual file in each public category. A filename or a Download PDF label is not a substitute for reading the file. Compare the file version, public contact information and links with the approved press material.
If a download or label is wrong, ask the person managing the profile or Optune support to review that specific item. Provide the public profile address, category and file label through a private support channel. Do not post an internal document as a public example.
Why is the page in a different language from my Optune account?
The public artist page uses the visitor’s browser language for its interface. Your own Optune account language is a separate setting. Text you write yourself, such as a biography or document title, should be prepared in the language you want visitors to read.
I cannot find a show or the page contains incorrect information
Open the saved booking in Optune and check its date and Published setting.
Check whether the show belongs in the upcoming or past section of the public page.
Correct the relevant profile or booking information, save it and reopen the public page.
If the result is still incorrect, contact support with the public page address, the affected booking address and a short description of what should appear.
If you cannot edit the profile or booking, ask the responsible artist administrator or agency to make the change. Do not send private calendar URLs when reporting a public-page problem.
