For a standard show list, use Optune’s Present bookings widget. For a website that presents tour dates in its own design, a developer can use the artist’s public JSON feed. For another tool or a custom workflow, discuss an API integration with Optune first.
The right approach depends on the information you need, who should see it and whether the other system only displays information or must also change it.

Use the standard show widget
In the artist group, open Profile > Integrations > Present bookings. Configure the available display options, then give the generated embed code to your website editor or developer. Review the resulting display as a visitor before publishing your website changes.
The standard integration displays publicly available artist bookings. A private calendar feed is not the right code or URL to embed on your public website.
Use public artist data in a custom website
A developer can use the public artist JSON feed to build a show list or event pages in the website’s own design. The feed contains bookings marked Published. Depending on the public information saved in each booking, it can provide the event name, date, ticket link and status, public description and event artwork.
Ask the developer to check how the information will be displayed, how updates will be retrieved and what visitors see if a field is empty. Native website pages can support more tailored search optimisation than a simple embedded list, but no integration guarantees search rankings.
If the feed is empty, first check Published on the relevant artist bookings. Confirmed and Published are separate settings.
Add a booking enquiry form
The artist profile’s Integrations area also contains the Booking Request form wizard. It lets the responsible person configure the form’s fields and presentation and obtain the generated embed code.
A Booking Request form creates a new enquiry. If an event already exists and you need additional production information, use a Booking Details Request for that booking instead.
Plan an API integration
Describe the job the other system should do, using a concrete example.
List the information it must read and any information it must create or change.
Identify the artist group, intended users and permissions.
Specify how updates, missing values, duplicate records and errors should be handled.
Give the developer the Optune API documentation and involve Optune support before promising unsupported behaviour.
Use credentials with the permissions needed for the agreed work. Never place a private calendar URL or API key in public website code, a public screenshot or a public support example.
Is a custom website or integration included?
Custom websites, dashboards and specialised integrations are separate projects. Their features, effort and cost depend on the agreed scope. A design adjustment to an embedded show list is different from a complete website rebuild or a new application.

For a website displaying Optune booking data, Optune recommends a short credit in the website’s legal notice, for example “Booking data provided by Optune” with a link to Optune.
